Katty exploded onto our shoot with such amazing energy that the entire day felt like one big party. She couldn't wait to meet our bunny and try to get this little guy adopted. Upon arrival, Roman- the animal handler informed us that our bunny didn't even have a name yet. Katty was thrilled to name him and decided on Sasha, a popular name from her native country of Russia. We all quickly fell in love with Sasha and I don't think I ever considered adopting a bunny until that moment! He was just so adorable and so soft! When we put him down so he could hop around a bit, Beth's cat came over to see what all the fuss was about. They actually got along quite well and didn't seem to mind each other. Cats and bunnies can actually make great pairs if introduced correctly. We learned that bunnies are quite smart, can be litter trained and love to cuddle with their owners, just as a dog or cat would. If you are wondering if a bunny would make a good pet for you, Los Angeles Rabbit Foundation is a great resource!
Sasha is currently up for adoption at the South LA animal shelter. He is only about a month old. He is a beautiful black color with light brown trim all around him. His fur is so soft, its insane! He was actually super calm and sweet and had no problem being held in your arms. He would make a wonderful pet in the right home!
If you want to give Sasha a wonderful, loving home, please contact the South LA shelter at (213)485-0214 or email Leslie at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please SHARE so we can get Sasha the home he deserves!
